Brief: Transform a cramped and redundant utility room on the second floor of a large Victorian house into a sanctuary bathroom, a retreat from the rest of the house, which would also be used occasionally by overnight guests.
Delivered: The room had a low ceiling and combined with a very small footprint added to the cramped feeling of the room. Removing the flat roof to follow the angled roof line added something unexpected and special to the room and dramatically increased the ceiling height and feeling of space. Carefully considering the scale and proportions of each piece selected for the bathroom ensured the feeling of space was continued and the flow within the room worked with ease and the door opens into a beautiful sanctuary bathroom.

Top Tip: Have your bathroom lights on a dimmer. Gentle lighting during your morning shower is a much kinder way to start your day rather than being under a harsh bright light.
